This cyber space it promotes a new form of human relationship, that paradoxicalally, joins the people and cultures. This is the true challenge of the World Wide Web, where anonymous or not, they invade and they allow the invasion of its privacy and, at the same time, they receive an enormous amount from moral information or not. Such customs can form new values, creating a new moral order. Cyber space influences the formation of the moral, therefore it presents any type of behavior, certain made a mistake. To create this ' ' ethics global' ' , internautas needs, therefore, to appeal, again, the Aristotle: ' ' It is important to search a half rational in the life of true virtues and to guide the actions in the direction of a balance between the extremities viciosos' '. The virtue only takes a person to be good!
